Nicola Dickenson

Operations Manager

Nicola joined Knight Funding in 2001. She began her Knight Nicola Dickenson Funding career in our processing team, gaining experience in the industry and developing Knight Funding procedures

Nicola is now responsible for the day-to-day activities in the office and liaising with our lenders, brokers and valuer panel and also looks after our IT systems including our packaging and case tracking system.

In her spare time, Nicola enjoys playing golf, watching football and socialising, When possible she drives up the M6 to see her family, and watch her beloved Whitehaven RLFC.

Sam Hawkins

Mortgage Undewriter

Sam joined Knight Funding in June 2004, her previous experience was Estate Agency based. She enjoyed getting to know all our brokers when she was in the New Business Team, as well as busying herself learning the range of ever changing products we offer.

Since joining Knight Funding Sam has progressed on to become a Mortgage Underwriter and is now enjoying managing her case load and processing cases for the 20+ Lenders we have on our panel.

She is a busy girl, but always finds time for shopping - new shoes at least once a month!!

Debbie Mitchell

Mortgage Underwriter

Debbie has been at Knight Funding since early 2003 and is a Mortgage Underwriter for the packaging team. She was previously employed as a mandated underwriter with the Woolwich.

She has twin daughters and therefore has her hands full most of the time, which results in her enjoying the occasional glass of wine!!! Debbie is due to become a grandmother for the first time in October 2007.

Angela Tudor

Mortgage Underwriter

Angela has been with Knight Funding since January 2003, joining us as a Mortgage Administrator. In April 2004, Angela was promoted to Mortgage Processor and progressed to underwriting and is enjoying the challenge of catering to the wide variety of lenders and products that Knight Funding offer. Angela is currently on maternity leave after the birth of her second daughter.

What does Angela do in her spare time? She doesn't have any!

David Spaven

Mortgage Processor

David joined Knight Funding in 2002 having spent the previous 30 years in life insurance. Currently he is responsible for Completions and some administration. When not at work David enjoys all sports ? watching and playing (knee permitting) but mainly can be found on his local golf course winter and summer alike.
